Appearance rewards are collected from several systems. This page is the quick directory; every source keeps its own detailed list so you can decide what to chase.

Boutique Moogle¶
The Boutique rotates one appearance-only item each day at 00:00 UTC. Check the shop window to preview it, then use the full rotation catalogue to see whether it is worth saving Allied Notes for. The items have no combat stats.
Ambuscade cosmetics¶
Intense Very Difficult has a separate cosmetic reward pool. Treat it as a bonus while working on Hallmarks and weapon upgrades—not as a guaranteed drop from one clear.
