Leafallia → moved to The Hub

The former Leafallia endgame hub has been consolidated onto a single island plaza on Purgonorgo Isle. All of its NPCs — Prime Armory, Relic Forge, Augment Moogle & Sage, the mastery trainers, Apex Trials, the Gauntlet, Colosseum, Endless Tower, and the HTBF / Infamy / Voidwatch vendors — now live there.
